Communicate with overseas employers, recruitment agencies, and project contractors on behalf of A.S. International.
Promote and collect manpower demand for skilled, semi-skilled, and general workers.
Coordinate worker sourcing, preliminary screening, and documentation.
Prepare and share candidate lists and profiles with foreign employers.
Assist in ensuring smooth candidate mobilization and pre-deployment.

Deployment & Processing Note

Government processing, visa procedures, and final deployment formalities are carried out by A.S. International under RL-445 in compliance with Government of Bangladesh regulations. This authorization remains valid until further notice.
